Order Processing

All wholesale orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, product launches, inventory availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Available shipping options may include:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other approved carriers

Shipping availability may vary based on location.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times begin after order processing is complete.

While most orders arrive within the carrier's estimated delivery window, shipping times are not guaranteed.

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email whenever available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information and ensuring delivery arrangements are made if necessary.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.

Touch Of Love Wholesale is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

P.O. Box Addresses

Touch Of Love Wholesale does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Please provide a valid physical street address when placing your order. Orders containing a P.O. Box shipping address may be delayed, canceled, or require address correction before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Touch Of Love Wholesale is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the damaged products

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for review.

International Shipping

At this time, Touch Of Love Wholesale ships only within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping.

Wholesale Order Requirements

  • Active Wholesale Membership Required

  • Minimum Wholesale Order: $150.00

  • Wholesale pricing and member-exclusive benefits are available only to active Wholesale Members

Products may be visible to all website visitors; however, wholesale pricing is available exclusively to active Wholesale Members.
